Hospitality in San Francisco
Hilton San Francisco Union Square is located in the heart of San Francisco just off Union Square. Walking distance to: Chinatown, Nob Hill, Japantown, and North Beach. You can also enjoy world class shopping, the famous Cable Cars, and a wide variety of the finest restaurants in the world. Also blocks away is the BART transit line - Powell Street Station which is a great transportation alternative to and from the San Francisco or Oakland Airports.
Conference Dates: For the duration of all conference events - arrival April 24, 2024 (onsite registration begins at 3:30 p.m. followed with a session on NACCS for Beginners and an evening welcome reception; conference presentations begin April 25 in the morning). Departure is generally the morning of Sunday, April 19, however, the conference officially ends Saturday, April 27 in the evening.
Participants can begin their stay at the hotel starting April 22 and/or stay until April 28 with the conference rate based on availability. For additional dates and/or room options, please contact the hotel directly.
Rates: (not including taxes) Reservations must be made by April 3 to guarantee the conference rate. Room Rate: $189.00 1-2 guests; $199 for up to 4 guests. Rooms are limited and are in high demand. Make your reservations early. NACCS relies upon the rooming at the hotel to secure free of charge break-out rooms and other conference amenities for the entire conference. By staying at the conference hotel you are supporting this effort.
The fitness center is available to all guests. All guest rooms include the following: coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, internet access. See website for details.
Check in starts at 3:00 p.m. Check-out 11:00 am.
Driving/Parking: The hotel is accessible via the highway but driving into the downtown area could be a bit challenging. Parking at the hotel is costly at $75+ per night - but parking is secure and in/out parking is available.
Airport and Transportation: You have access to two airports - San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK).
In addition to car transportation services, BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) is available and leaves you about 3-4 blocks from the hotel. Stop/exit is the Powell Street Station.
