Conference Dates: For the duration of all conference events - arrival March 20, 2013 (onsite registration begins at 3:30 p.m. then followed with an evening welcome reception; presentations begin March 21 in the morning); depart (morning) March 24, 2013 (conference officially ends March 23 in the evening).
Participants can stay at the hotel two days before and three days after the conference dates with the conference rate. For additional dates and/or room options, please contact the hotel directly.

The fitness center, lap pool, outdoor/indoor swimming pool, and dry sauna available to all guests. All guest rooms include a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.
Driving? Complimentary parking is available at the hotel includes in/out priliveges. Prefect for locales driving in daily or groups vanpooling in. Valet parking is available at $12.00 lper day.
