The NACCS exhibits is open to all conference participants.

Table$750.00, Second table: $550.00 (6 by 3 table, skirted, two chairs). Exhibitor will receive 1 conference booklet and two badges. Limited space available.

Shared table: $450.00. Exhibitor will receive one conference booklet and one badge. 

Combined book exhibit: $350.00 (4 books maximum) 
                  No exhibitor privileges. Books are donated to the association.

Ads: Exhibitors with tables: $500 full page or $400 half page
       Non Exhibitors ad only: $1000 full page; $700 half page; $500 quarter page; $350 Business card

Awards Lunch: For registering Exhibitors who wish to attend the Awards Luncheon will be offered an exhibitor rate upon registration separate from registration.

If your display requires electrical power, we will place you in contact with the AV contact to make arrangements.  This will be an additional cost and not included in the price of the table. Wireless access is also available by individual purchase.

Deadline to register for a table is February 10, 2013 if you wish to be listed in the printed program. If you wish to have an ad in the program please register by January 31, 2013.

Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Hall will close during the awards luncheon, Noon-2:00
Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
